Responsibilities:
1. Develop content concepts, scripts, and storyboards in collaboration with talent to align with personal branding and content goals
2. Plan and manage a monthly content calendar, including posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
3. Conduct on-site and field shoots alongside talent including clinic sessions, events, and daily activities
4. Edit videos end-to-end for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from rough cut to final output
5. Publish and manage content directly on talent's social media accounts across all platforms
6. Write captions, select hashtags, and optimize each post for platform-specific best practices
7. Monitor content performance (views, engagement, reach) and propose data-driven improvements
8. Stay up-to-date with platform trends, audio, and content formats to keep content relevant and competitive
9. Proactively pitch new content ideas with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Design, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer campaign execution.
- Well-versed in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including formats, algorithms, and best practices.
- Up-to-date with content trends and the evolving digital landscape; able to translate trends into actionable ideas.
- Able to professionally direct, brief, and coordinate with influencers to achieve campaign goals.
- Foundational understanding of narrative structure, visual aesthetics, and content composition.
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to propose and drive content strategy independently.
- Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
- Willing to work in a mobile or WFO setup, and available for business travel when needed.
- A portfolio showcasing past social media content, influencer campaigns, or creative productions is a strong plus.
