Job Responsibilities :
Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate strategic insights.
Prepare clear and comprehensive creative briefs for internal teams.
Collaborate with Account, Producer, Creative, and Production teams throughout project execution.
Develop ideas for digital campaigns, social media, video productions, and brand activations.
Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, business objectives, and project timelines.
Present creative ideas and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Evaluate campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Planner, or similar role.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy.
Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong presentation and communication abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio of creative campaigns is highly preferred.
