Responsibilities:
Requesting rates from carriers, coleaders, agents and quoting transport services to client according to their inquiries and needs
Communication with all external and internal partners as well as customers to ensure smooth transport arrangement
Build a good relation and communication with customers and all employees
Report to Managers
Qualification Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree from any major related to the field
Have a minimum of 3 year of experience as Customer Service / Pricing in the freight forwarding company
Familiar with export/import process, domestic logistic and freight forwarder is advantageous
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Able to learn quickly, good communication and negotiation skill
