YKExplore is a travel company powered by a Hub-and-Spoke network, offering authentic experiences across Java, Bali, and Komodo. We specialize in both FIT and group tours.
We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant (Sales) who has a strong background in the travel industry and an excellent understanding of destinations across Java, Bali, and Komodo.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and follow up inquiries from multiple sales channels (Website, WhatsApp, email, and B2B partners).
• Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations based on client needs.
• Manage the booking process accurately from inquiry to confirmation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Record and monitor all bookings through YKExplore’s internal Booking Manager System.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry is required.
• BNSP certified
• Strong knowledge of tour destinations in Java, Bali, and Komodo, including logistics, attractions, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and target-driven.
