🚀 Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of WMS & ERP projects from initiation to go-live
• Transform warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain processes into efficient system workflows
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with the technical team
• Conduct user training and support UAT to ensure smooth system adoption
• Provide post-implementation support and update project progress in the CRM system
🎓 Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major
• At least 1 year of experience in ERP implementation (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience in WMS implementation is an advantage
• Strong understanding of warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain processes
• Participated in at least one full-cycle implementation project
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel for business trips
