PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities during a maternity leave coverage period.
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Maternity Cover)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities across all brands.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Assist in managing partnerships, corporate accounts, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Graphic Design, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of commercial initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support budget tracking and administrative commercial functions.
- Maintain databases, partnership records, and commercial documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial roles.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly.
- Available to join immediately.
