About the role
We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Representative, Gold Representative, & Administrative Executive to join our growing team in Sorong Area. As a Jewellery Representative, Gold Representative, & Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our prestigious jewellery brands to high-end customers across the region.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Showcase our jewellery collections and provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service
Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing sales
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brands and generate new leads
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings
Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
What we're looking for
Minimum education: High School graduate for Gold Representative
Minimum education: Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree (S1) for Jewellery Representative and Administrative Executive
(Sales) Proven experience min. 1 years as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality
(Cashier) Proven experience min. 1 year in finance or accounting including cash management and reporting and inverntory control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high-end fashion products
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and willing to work 6 days a week (Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 1 day off on weekday)
