Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally in English.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints within SLA.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve operational KPIs, including CSAT, Quality, Productivity, and Attendance.
Escalate unresolved cases following the established escalation process.
Comply with company SOPs, security, and data privacy policies.
Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service environment.
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Able to work under KPI-driven and fast-paced operations.
Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent.
Willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
