Job Responsibilities:
Create plans, schedule, and carry out of purchasing process and vendor management
Coordinate the purchase of goods and services as well as equipment needed by company
Supervise and control process of purchasing materials or goods related to production and non-production need
Check all of request or order on form purchase request that submitted for each department
Identification and Selection proses of vendors.
Develop and manage strategic relationship of vendors
Search and Find vendor or supplier
Negotiate prices, delivery of goods and payments term to vendors.
Check the condition of goods, quantity, price, and delivery order according to the Purchase Order
Evaluate and create report of rating for vendor in terms of timeliness, quality of goods and respond from vendor in any case.
Qualifications:
Min 5 years experiences as Purchasing or Vendor Management in logistics or Automotive
Bachelor’s degree or above, all Majors
Respond to customs related inquiries including commodity coding, trade preferences, duties, valuations and customs transit
Make sure all customs process are going well
Fluent in English is a MUST, while fluent in Mandarin is a PLUS
Strong resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and the ability to complete work independently.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat
