About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic business opportunities. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of company sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customer segments.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.

- Develop pricing, proposal, and commercial strategies to increase competitiveness and profitability.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Establish sales KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Implement coaching and development programs to improve team capabilities.

- Manage sales commission and incentive programs aligned with business objectives.

3. Sales Operations & Forecasting

- Monitor and manage sales activities through CRM systems.

- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

- Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and market opportunities to optimize results.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and best practices.

4. Strategic Account Management

- Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and high-value deal closures.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Marketing to align lead generation and brand positioning strategies.

- Collaborate with Operations, Delivery, and Project teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management regarding business growth opportunities.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial functions with 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong experience in B2B sales and strategic account management.
  5. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  6. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  7. Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  8. Strong analytical and business acumen.
  9. Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  10. Experience in Technology, SaaS, IT Services, or Consulting industries is a plus.
