PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
PLANT CILEGON
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing workflow to meet specifications & deadline, monitor production & issues
Manage workforce, materials, machines & production target
Recommend efficiences in production line, ensure outputs meet quality standard
Organizing the repair and maintenance production equipments
Implement SOP, 5S/5R, collaborate with Superiors to implement policies and goals
Manage, approve and reject subordinates leave and overtime
Identify & analyze potential improvement & minimazing unnecessary cost & activities
Coordinate internal resources (Engineering & MTC), third parties/vendors for the executions of some projects (Heat Treatment, Hydrotest, NDT, Bending)
Evaluate personnel performance according to KPI in Production Department
Maintain QMS, EMS, and OH & SMS Implementation
PERSYARATAN :
Educational background in Engineering or related fields
3-5 years of professional experiences (Production Supervisor)
API 5CT, API 5L, 1SO 9001 : 14001 : 45001
Product materials, manufacturing techniques, OCTG Products
SAP, Reporting, Excellent written and verbal communications in English & Bahasa
Manage large teams, multitasking, time management skills
Interpersonal skills, attention to details, good problem solving
