We are currently looking for a talented HR General Affairs (HRGA) to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our company’s operations.
Responsibilities :
1. Managing Employee Database: Ensuring accurate and organized management of employee personal data and employment contracts (PKWT).
2. Handling VISA & Immigration Documents: Managing the registration, renewal, and processing of immigration documents such as VISAs, KITAS, and KITAP, especially for foreign workers from China.
3. Administrative Documentation: Overseeing administrative requirements, including the issuance of employment certificates, warning letters, lease agreements, and other company-related documents.
4. Supporting End-to-End Recruitment Processes: Assisting in all stages of recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
5. Facility Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of office equipment and building facilities to ensure a comfortable and productive working environment.
6. Other Responsibilities: Purchasing medicines and pantry supplies, organizing annual and monthly team events, monitoring the performance of office boys (OB), and conducting monthly warehouse stock-taking (stock opname).
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Management (preferred) & Law.
2. 6 months - 1 year of experience in a HRGA or HR Admin in management level.
3. Strong understanding of office procedures and operations.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
