We are welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our management team as Maintenance Planner who will play a crucial role in connecting technology initiatives with business objectives, ensure that digital transformations align with organizational goals, and drive operational efficiencies. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
1. Convert notification to Work order.
2. Conduct site visits & discuss with concerned work originators to estimate the exact scope of works for the planned maintenance activities.
3. Attends the regular planning & operation scheduling meetings and provide schedule reports.
4. Determines resources requirements (manpower, equipment, tools, and lifting equipment) and works sequences for maintenance jobs, and create request for any additional required resources.
5. Intimate for creation of new stock entries and follow up material requisitions with respective departments for all type of maintenance.
6. Review of job plans in SAP & participate in improvements based on the actuals.
7. Maintain the work order backlog
The requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (advantages) or in the similar role.
2. Experience in the maintenance execution Oleochemical/Manufacture/Petrochemical industries are welcome.
3. 3 Years working experience as Mechanical Technician with proven ability to lead the team and plan maintenance activities.
4. Experience in planning major shutdown projects.
5. Experience in aligning the requirements of operations and maintenance.
