MEP Drafter

Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter, Mechanical Drafter, Electrical Drafter, Plumbing Drafter, or similar role.
• Strong ability to prepare MEP technical drawings and construction drawings.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC and ventilation, drainage, water supply, wastewater, and related building systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting/design software will be considered an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, MEP plans, engineering drawings, and construction details.
• Experience in villa, hospitality, residential, commercial, or construction projects will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
• Able to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, structure teams, project teams, construction teams, and management.
• Able to work under pressure and meet drawing submission deadlines.
• Organized, responsible, disciplined, and able to manage multiple drawing tasks at the same time.
• Good communication skills and willingness to receive feedback and make revisions when required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional attitude with strong responsibility, discipline, and work ethic.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare MEP drawings, shop drawings, working drawings, and technical details based on design concepts, engineering requirements, project needs, and approved specifications.
• Draft MEP elements, including but not limited to electrical layouts, lighting points, power outlets, panel locations, AC and ventilation systems, plumbing layouts, drainage systems, water supply, wastewater systems, and other related MEP components.
• Revise and update MEP drawings based on feedback from the Chief Development Officer, Chief Executive Officer, engineers, architects, consultants, or project teams.
• Ensure all MEP drawings are accurate, properly scaled, clearly detailed, and aligned with project requirements and construction standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, structure teams, project teams, construction teams, and management to ensure MEP drawings are properly integrated with architectural, structural, and technical designs.
• Review drawings to identify potential clashes, inconsistencies, or technical issues before drawings are issued for construction.
• Assist in preparing drawing packages for internal review, consultant coordination, authority submission, contractor reference, and site implementation.
• Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, drawing registers, and project documentation.
• Ensure drawing updates are properly recorded and communicated to relevant teams.
• Support the project and construction teams with technical drawing clarification when required.
• Follow company drawing standards, naming formats, filing systems, and documentation procedures.
• Work within project timelines and ensure drawings are completed according to priority and deadline.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company, client, investor, project, design, technical, and construction-related information.
