1. Project Administration & Documentation
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and contract changes.
Track progress against project milestones and draft routine status reports.
Ensure all project closeout documents and warranties are properly filed.
2. Procurement & Logistics
Assist with sourcing materials, evaluating supplier quotations, and issuing purchase orders.
Monitor delivery schedules and inventory to ensure materials arrive on-site exactly when needed.
3. Stakeholder Communication
Act as the central point of contact for architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Track and secure necessary building permits and utility approvals.
Conduct routine quality inspections and help manage "punch lists" prior to project handover.
Verify site operations comply with safety codes and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is typically preferred.
Experience: Generally requires 1 to 3 years of experience in project support, construction administration, or a similar operations role.
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities to manage urgent challenges
