SENIOR BEAUTY CATEGORY MANAGER
Responsibilities :
Organize a team to develop for searching and purchase the beauty category (including the fragrance, perfume, health beauty, make up tools, etc).
Manage product assortment, stock levels, and inventory planning to ensure optimal availability.
Sort out existing supply chain resources and complete commodity R&D according to the direction of business plan.
Negotiate, dealing and maintain professional relationships with factory owner / suppliers in order to fulfill production needs.
Making market and product analysis report (front margin, back margin and customer satisfaction).
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign planning and execution.
Coordinate with relevant department to ensure about purchase product
Requirements :
At least a Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university
Min. 5 years of experience as a Buyer or Category Manager for Beauty & Fragrance category
Has a rich network of beauty suppliers or factories
Has a good understanding of the retail business and market connections
Has strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Fluent English both oral and written (Mandarin to be advantage)
Dynamic and willing to work in under pressure situation
