Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience (voice or non-voice)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome) or College level/graduate
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards
