Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan penagihan pembayaran kepada konsumen yang sudah jatuh tempo

  • Membuat strategi, rencana, dan metode penagihan pembayaran sehingga dapat meminimalisir kerugian di perusahaan.

  • Melakukan komunikasi, negosiasi dan dapat memberikan solusi yang terbaik kepada konsumen dengan koordinasi dengan atasan.

  • Mencapai target yang diberikan perusahaan

  • Membuat laporan harian, mingguan.


Persyaratan:

  • Pendidikan SMK, D1, D3, Sarjana segala jurusan.

  • Bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan memiliki etos kerja yang baik, disiplin.

  • Dapat berkomunikasi, bernegosiasi dengan baik, dapat bekerja sendiri atau dengan team.

  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan penguasaan wilayah yang baik

  • Mampu bekerja dengan target dan di bawah tekanan

  • Mempunyai kendaraan pribadi yg mendukung operasional (SIM C & SIM A aktif).
