About The Company:
The working venue is in Karawang.
Our client is a Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components Company. Currently, they are looking for Junior Mechanical Electrical Technician.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize machine downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Monitor and maintain PLC, inverter, servo drive, and other automation systems to ensure optimal machine performance.
Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings to support maintenance activities.
Conduct routine inspections of production equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur.
Support installation, modification, and improvement projects for production machinery and utilities.
Operate welding equipment and perform basic fabrication work when required for maintenance purposes.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company procedures, and manufacturing requirements.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Electrical Technician in the manufacturing industry.
Experienced in handling PLC (Siemens/Delta), inverter, servo drive systems, and operating welding machines.
Experienced in hydraulic and pneumatic systems and able to read wiring diagrams.
Conversational English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and provide simple technical explanations.
