Gong cha Indonesia is looking for a Marketing Executive to support and manage day-to-day marketing activities, campaign coordination, promotional planning, and brand communication.
This role will act as the main person in charge to ensure all marketing activities, platform campaigns, social media content, and creative materials are running smoothly and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate marketing campaigns with online delivery platforms such as GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, TikTok, and other related partners.
* Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, including campaign mechanics, timeline, and required materials.
* Prepare clear briefs for freelance graphic designer, content creator, and social media admin.
* Monitor marketing calendar, campaign timeline, content schedule, and pending deliverables.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, and Store Teams, to ensure campaign readiness.
* Review marketing materials and social media content to ensure they follow brand guidelines.
* Manage approval flow for campaign materials, social media content, and promotional communication.
* Ensure social media content, posting schedule, and basic brand communication are on track.
* Prepare simple campaign reports, performance recaps, and post-campaign evaluation when needed.
* Assist in ad-hoc marketing needs such as new store opening support, menu launch, seasonal campaign, and platform promotions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand, campaign, social media, or project coordination.
* Experience in F&B, retail, or online delivery platform campaign is a plus.
* Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up tasks consistently.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage timelines.
* Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Canva, and social media platforms.
* Basic understanding of promotional mechanics and social media content.
* Does not need to be a graphic designer, but must have good visual sense and branding awareness.
Preferred Profile:
* Proactive, structured, and reliable.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
* Able to take ownership and make sure all marketing activities are on track.
* Able to work with freelancers and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
