Your Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of two, fostering growth and creativity
• Take full ownership of marketing – from strategic vision to flawless execution
• Champion integrated campaigns spanning digital, retail, and brand channels
• Stay actively engaged in campaign development and content creation, ensuring your ideas shape the outcome
• Use your creativity to drive brand differentiation and deliver exceptional customer engagement
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and external agencies for cohesive, impactful results
• Balance priorities with a sharp commercial focus, ensuring every activity is on-brand and delivered on time

• Proven marketing experience with a track record in both strategy and execution

• In-depth knowledge of digital, brand, and campaign marketing
