About the role
We are hiring a Remote SEO & AI Search Specialist for RitzHelper, a Singapore-based home cleaning platform. You will help improve visibility on Google Search, Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms.
Your role will include keyword research, competitor analysis, service-page SEO, technical SEO audits, Google Business Profile optimisation, content planning, schema recommendations, backlink research, AI search visibility tracking, and monthly reporting.
Key responsibilities
Conduct SEO keyword research for Singapore home cleaning services
Build SEO content clusters and content calendars
Optimise existing website pages for Google and AI search
Plan new service pages and FAQ pages
Improve Google Business Profile and local SEO visibility
Conduct technical SEO audits using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
Implement or brief schema markup, internal linking, sitemap, robots.txt, and indexing improvements
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, WhatsApp clicks, and AI search mentions
Monitor competitors and identify ranking opportunities
Provide clear weekly updates and monthly reports
Requirement
Minimum 2-4 years SEO experience
Proven experience ranking websites on Google
Experience with local SEO or service-based businesses
Strong understanding of Google Search Console and GA4
Able to create SEO content briefs and service-page structures
Basic understanding of technical SEO
Understanding of AI SEO / GEO / AEO is a strong advantage
Good written English
Able to work independently and communicate clearly
