Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment for both mass hiring and strategic positions across multiple business functions.
Drive high-volume recruitment initiatives to support business growth while ensuring timely hiring delivery.
Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search to build strong talent pipelines.
Perform market mapping and headhunting for managerial, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational culture.
Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and ensure an efficient hiring process from requisition to onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs across various functions.
Monitor recruitment progress, hiring metrics, and SLA to ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to strengthen the company's talent attraction strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven experience handling both high volume and executive search (headhunting).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Willing to be based in Surabaya/Jakarta
