Job Description
- Build strategic partnerships, expand professional networks, and secure sponsorship opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
- Moderate discussions, deliver presentations, and represent the company in public engagements.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients, participants, or business opportunities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare reports on activities, performance, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances for at least 2 years.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, finance, operations).
- Highly proactive, strategic thinker, and result-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
