- Assist with the preparation of accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, encoding, and filing.
- Develops and implements proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies.
- Look for ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting Graduate or any business course)
- With at least 1 year of experience in administrative/accounts payable
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Reliability and initiative to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional team environment.
- Results are driven by the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
