Job Overview
The Accounting (A/P) & Purchasing Assistant is responsible for managing the day-to-day purchasing activities and accounts payable concerns of the company. The role supports procurement operations, processes supplier transactions, and ensures timely and accurate payment of company obligations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Accounting Management, or any finance-related business course.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
- At least six (6) months of related work experience is preferred.
- Applicants residing in Laguna, Muntinlupa, or Cavite are preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with the QuickBooks accounting system is an advantage.
