About the Role
In Product Specialist role, you will work closely with vendors and internal teams to analyze products, prepare technical documentation, develop product solutions, and support projects related to government procurement. Key Responsibilities
Analyze product specifications and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical product documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, principals, and internal teams.

Ensure product documentation and project timelines are well managed.
Monitor product information and prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biomedical, Mechatronics, or other related disciplines).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant academic projects, internships, or technical experience.
Experience in Product Specialist, Product Development, R&D, Technical Support, Application Engineer, or similar roles is an advantage.
Familiarity with government procurement processes (LKPP, INAPROC, e-Catalogue, or public procurement) is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good documentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience preparing technical documents is an advantage.
