Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of HRGA experience, including 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent knowledge of HR operations, labor regulations, and general affairs.
Willing to travel and work mobile across various company locations.
