Qualifications :
1. Women max 30 years old
2. Min S1 in Communication / Marketing / Digital
3. Understand basic AI ( ChatGPT, Claude)
4. Have min 1 year experience as a content creator
5. Creative, communicative, and collaborative team player
6. Have interest in social media, with knowledge of the baby, kids and lifestyle
influencer industry is a plus
7. Stay up to date with social media trends
8. Capable of making soft selling & hard selling content
9. Capable of creating interesting storytelling content and persuasive copywriting
10. Fluency in English and Indonesian language is a must
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills is a
must
12. Willing to participate as talent for company’s video content
These additional skills will be a big plus :
1. Public speaking talent for reels, VT, YouTube, live session
2. Simple video editing with additional knowledge of video editing apps
3. Simple photography and photo editing skills and knowledge in Canva
Job Description for Creative Content Creator :
1. Brainstorm and concepting social media planner and event for social media
2. Drafting contents and caption for social media
3. Maintain and create good engagement through social media
4. Improving contents with creative and trending ideas
5. Working with the design team to make sure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for user experience, mainly to the target market
6. Supervising content upload and customer service
7. Analyzing social media trends, brand competitors, and potential influencers and
giving feedbacks on social media improvement
