Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage month-end closing processes, account reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct internal audits, improve historical financial data, and represent the department during external audits and ISO compliance processes.
- Manage end-to-end corporate tax activities, including calculation, payment, and reporting of PPh 21, 23, 4(2), PPN, and Corporate Income Tax.
- Ensure compliance with the latest accounting and tax regulations while minimizing financial and tax-related risks.
- Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and prepare cash flow forecasts to support business operations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform cost, profitability, and financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and system optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Establish effective financial controls, streamline workflows, and support strategic initiatives requiring financial, accounting, and tax expertise.
- Review the work of the Finance Supervisor.
- Partner closely with Directors and management on both operational and strategic financial matters
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Supervisor-level position, leading Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax teams.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, financial analysis).
- Able to work hands-on while also providing business and financial insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and lean organization where responsibilities span Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
