We offer dozen of highly – quality innovative chocolate products across multiple formats available in own brand stores and distributed to specialty cafes, hotels, up-market grocery stores, many online sales platforms and duty-frees across indonesia
We are looking for Marketing Manager with qualification and job details below:
Job Details :
- Create a marketing strategy.
- Analyses current and potential markets / trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
- Produces the annual Marketing Plan, marketing budgets, and forecast.
- Creates, Implements and oversees communications and campaign programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
- Manage and optimize all digital channels including the website, email marketing campaigns and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,etc.
- Analyses and set the standarts of copywriting for all marketing assets, including supervising the photographer and / or videographer.
- Managing vendors related to marketing program / campaign, promotion activity regarding events, including the procedures, administration, and communication between related parties.
- Manage Staff in the marketing department in their daily work performance, ensuring that project/department achievements/goals are met and adhere to the approved budget.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Management/Communication/Public Relations.
- Have strong leadership skills.
- Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Following digital marketing trends and the like.
- Able to analyze trends, viewers and followers in the market, so as to produce the right content for the right market/audience.
- Have strong social media knowledge and experience.
- Multitasking, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
