Key responsibilities
Handle HR administration, employee data, attendance, leave, and payroll support
Manage expatriate employment administration, including KITAS, work permits, visa processes, renewals, and related compliance
Liaise with immigration authorities, manpower offices, and external vendors for expatriate documentation
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding documents
Manage general affairs activities such as office facilities, assets, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
About you
Minimum 2 years of HRGA experience
Experienced in handling expatriate employment administration and KITAS/work permit processes
Good understanding of Indonesian labor and immigration regulations
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple documents and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
