Key Responsibilities:
1. System Architecture & Orchestration
Agent Development: Design and implement robust, tool-calling agent architectures utilizing Claude 3.5 Sonnet and the Anthropic API.
Workflow Engineering: Build stateful, multi-node workflows using LangGraph to automate and manage complex, multi-step tasks such as deep market research and marketing content creation.
2. Conversational AI & Lead Generation
AI SDR Deployment: Develop and refine the conversational logic for an AI Sales Development Representative (SDR) designed to autonomously engage and qualify real estate leads via the WhatsApp Business API.
Prompt Optimization: Engineer and continuously optimize prompts specifically tailored for direct-response marketing and high-conversion conversational flows.
3. Governance, Control & Reliability
Human-in-the-Loop Integration: Implement strict, mandatory breakpoints requiring executive approval before the AI is permitted to deploy or adjust advertising budgets.
Self-Correction Protocols: Anticipate LLM failure modes and non-determinism by building resilient, self-correcting agent loops that ensure output accuracy and brand safety.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-level LLM applications or autonomous agents.
Technical Skills (Mandatory):
Programming & Frameworks: Deep expertise in Python and modern LLM orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, or custom-built implementations).
API & Data Integration: Strong familiarity with structuring JSON outputs for API consumption and integrating third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, CRM systems).
AI/LLM Mechanics: Thorough understanding of prompt engineering, model temperature tuning, context window management, and mitigating LLM hallucinations.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to logically map out complex decision trees and agent workflows.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, "product-owner" mentality that aligns technical AI capabilities with tangible business revenue and marketing goals.
