Senior Associate Security - Renewables Energy

The Senior Associate, Security will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies that safeguard people, assets, operations, and reputation. This role requires a proactive security professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities, experience overseeing third-party security providers, and the ability to operate effectively within a dynamic operational environment.

As part of their continued growth and operational development in Indonesia, they are seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Security to lead security management initiatives and support business continuity across site operation

Description

• Develop and implement site security strategies, policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend measures to address identified vulnerabilities.
• Manage relationships with external security providers, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security awareness, training, and induction programs for employees and contractors.
• Establish and maintain incident management and emergency response processes.
• Coordinate investigations into security incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor evolving security risks and provide regular reporting and recommendations to management.
• Support operational teams in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
• Manage security-related budgets, resources, and equipment.
• Build effective relationships with relevant external stakeholders, authorities, and emergency services where required.

Profile

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in security management, corporate security, risk management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing security operations within industrial, logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, energy, mining, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of security risk assessment, incident management, investigations, and emergency response.
• Experience managing security contractors and third-party service providers.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Relevant certifications in security, risk management, health & safety, or emergency management will be advantageous.
