Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for technical training.
* Develop technical training modules, materials, and curriculum.
* Deliver technical training as a trainer/facilitator.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
* Manage training administration and documentation.
* Collaborate with related departments to develop employees’ technical competencies.
* Support competency matrix development and employee development programs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply if applicable).
* Strong understanding of:
* Water Treatment
* Reverse Osmosis (RO) System
* Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
* Boiler Water Treatment
* Cooling Tower Water Treatment
* Able to develop training modules and learning materials.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Training of Trainer (ToT) certification will be an advantage.
