What is Supervisor Development Program (SDP)?

SDP is a fast-track leadership program designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduates for future supervisory roles through structured development, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on business experience.

What You Will Experience

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in cross-functional rotations across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organization Development, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement functions.

  2. Support strategic Human Capital initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

  3. Analyze workforce and HR data to identify opportunities for process improvement and people development.

  4. Lead and execute assigned HR improvement projects with measurable business impact.

  5. Present project outcomes and recommendations to management.

  6. Develop leadership, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities through structured learning and mentoring.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.30.

  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  3. Maximum 2 years of relevant working experience

  4. Internship, organizational, or leadership experience will be an advantage

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, organizational, or extracurricular activities

  8. Willing to undergo cross-functional rotations and placement across Kalbe Consumer Health operations
