Document & Visa Officer
SHW Journey Group is a Travel, Hospitality, and Edu ecosystem. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Document & Visa Officer to handle travel documents and visa arrangements for guests joining international departures.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage guest travel documents, including passports, visa applications, travel insurance, and required supporting documents for international departures.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of guest documents, including passport validity, personal details, financial documents, and destination-specific visa requirements.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor visa applications through embassies, visa centers, or official appointment systems.
• Follow up with guests regarding missing documents, revisions, biometric appointments, and visa status updates.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and tour teams to ensure all guest documents are complete and ready before departure.

Qualifications
• Minimum education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Previous experience in a travel agency, visa processing, travel document administration, tour operations, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in checking names, passport numbers, dates of birth, passport expiry dates, and visa forms.
• Able to work with deadlines, manage multiple departures, and stay organized under pressure.
• Good communication skills and basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and email.
