Tugas dan Tanggungjawab

Assessment Center

  • Menyusun desain & simulasi asesmen (psikotes, studi kasus, FGD, wawancara berbasis kompetensi).

  • Mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan asesmen, termasuk fasilitator, asesor, dan peserta.

  • Melakukan analisis hasil asesmen dan menyusun laporan individual maupun agregat.

  • Merancang program intervensi pengembangan kompetensi berdasarkan hasil asesmen.

  • Memastikan validitas, reliabilitas, serta kerahasiaan data asesmen.

Recruitment Center

  • Menyusun strategi sourcing & employer branding untuk menjaring kandidat potensial.

  • Mengelola proses seleksi: screening CV, tes online, wawancara, background check.

  • Mengembangkan platform digitalisasi rekrutmen & asesmen (ATS, talent database, candidate experience tools).

  • Mengelola proses onboarding: penyusunan program orientasi, monitoring adaptasi karyawan baru, serta evaluasi efektivitas onboarding.

  • Menyusun laporan rekrutmen (time-to-hire, quality of hire, retention) sebagai dasar evaluasi strategi.

Kualifikasi

  • S1/S2 Psikologi, MSDM, atau bidang terkait.

  • Pengalaman min. 3–5 tahun di bidang rekrutmen & asesmen (lebih diutamakan dengan exposure assessment center).

  • Memahami metodologi asesmen, teknik wawancara berbasis kompetensi, serta tools psikometri.

  • Pengalaman dalam penggunaan platform rekrutmen digital / ATS dan pengelolaan onboarding.

  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, koordinasi lintas fungsi, dan people development.

Output/KPI Utama

  • Tingkat keberhasilan rekrutmen (quality of hire, time-to-fill, retention).

  • Akurasi & kredibilitas hasil asesmen (validitas & reliabilitas).

  • Efektivitas program pengembangan kompetensi pasca-asesmen.

  • Tingkat engagement & kepuasan kandidat serta karyawan baru (candidate & onboarding experience).
