Jewelry Store Manager [Jabodetabek Area]

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Jewelry Store Manager to join our team at AZURR Diamonds. As the Jewelry Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and lead a team of Sales Associates to maximise sales and provide exceptional customer service

2. Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales

3. Oversee merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing

4. Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement

5. Provide coaching, training and development to the store team

6. Foster a positive work environment and promote a customer-centric culture

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the jewellery or luxury goods industry

2. Strong sales and customer service orientation with the ability to lead and motivate a team

3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and multitasking skills

4. Passion for the retail industry and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
