Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit KOLs, influencers, livestream hosts, and content creators across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, talent fees, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure all content meets brand guidelines.
- Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for future collaborations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and emerging influencers.
- Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to develop effective campaign strategies.
- Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign reports, and partnership records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.
