Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving inquiries, providing product and service information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college level is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required.
