Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and technical concerns.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Meet quality and performance standards.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
No BPO experience required.
Good English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Bacolod.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
