Responsibilities:
Analyze several data to generate actionable insights.
Build and maintain dashboarding report using in-house software.
Ensure reports, insights, and dashboards are based on the best quality data—accurate, complete, and up to date.
Identify trends, anomalies, and growth from data.
Collaborate with data engineering, data scientist and other team members to ensure data availability, accuracy, and integrity.
Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, finance, mathematics, or related fields.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Lark Base, Power BI, Tableau, Redash, or similar tools).
Experience working with large-scale datasets, uncovering hidden patterns, using data visualization tools, and writing SQL query.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business and campaign insights.
Has working experience working with python/R for data analysis and modelling.
Experience with experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, holdout tests).
Familiarity with forecasting techniques (e.g., time series models, regression).
