RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and oversee all General Affairs operations, including office facilities, company vehicles, security, housekeeping, and other supporting services.
* Manage the company’s assets, including asset registration, inventory, maintenance, and utilization control.
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies and procedures related to General Affairs and Asset Management.
* Supervise the procurement process for GA-related goods and services in coordination with the Procurement team.
* Ensure all company permits, legal documents, and regulatory compliance requirements are properly maintained.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational and facility needs across the organization.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to facilities, asset management, and legal compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline (Law or a related field is preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs and/or Legal, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Strong understanding of asset management, office facilities, licensing, legal administration, and corporate compliance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Willing to be based in Tangerang.
