Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Executive – Oncology to promote and sell our oncology diagnostic and oncogenomics laboratory services. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with oncologists, pathologists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions to support precision oncology practices.
You will be responsible for medical detailing, relationship management, and business development, ensuring that healthcare professionals clearly understand the clinical value of our diagnostic solutions. Through your work, you will support physicians in making informed diagnostic decisions that contribute to personalized and effective cancer treatment.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Business
Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Sales in oncology, diagnostics, laboratory services, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of oncology workflow, diagnostic pathways, or precision medicine is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in medical detailing
Strong relationship-building ability with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders
Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
Good organizational, reporting, and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell oncology diagnostic and oncogenomics laboratory services to oncologists, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
Conduct medical detailing to oncologists and relevant healthcare professionals regarding test indications, clinical utility, and value proposition
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and referral networks
Support physicians by providing accurate product information, educational materials, and service updates
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territory
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management
Coordinate with internal teams (laboratory, medical, and operations) to ensure smooth service delivery
