We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Systems & IT Coordinator to join our growing team.

What You'll Be DoingWorkplace IT Support

  • Provide first-level IT support to internal employees
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and office equipment
  • Install and maintain approved software
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
  • Maintain IT equipment and asset records

Business Systems Administration

Support the administration of the company's core business platforms, including:

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Monday.com
  • Make.com

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • Supporting employees with system enquiries
  • Maintaining system documentation
  • Monitoring existing automations
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day system issues

Process Improvement

Working closely with management and internal teams, you will:

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes
  • Assist in implementing workflow improvements
  • Help maintain and improve Monday.com boards and workflows
  • Support the ongoing development of business automations using Make.com
