Coco Lifestyle Resort is a premium lifestyle destination combining hospitality, wellness, fitness, rooftop spaces, community events, and inspiring social areas.
We are looking for a talented Resident DJ who understands that great music is not about volume, but about the art of creating unforgettable experiences. Your primary responsibility is to curate carefully selected musical sets that enhance the guest experience across our lobby, rooftop bar, restaurant, wellness areas, and community events.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Alignment: Select and perform music sets that align perfectly with the Coco Lifestyle brand concept.
Atmosphere Curation: Create a premium musical atmosphere to enhance the overall guest journey.
Dynamic Playlist Management: Adapt playlists smoothly according to guest flow, time of day, and scheduled events (e.g., sunset sessions, wellness workshops).
Cross-Department Collaboration: Participate and perform in special events organized by the Marketing and Entertainment teams.
Equipment Care: Ensure proper handling and basic maintenance of the resort's sound and DJ equipment during your shift.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a DJ, preferably within premium lounges, beach clubs, or luxury hospitality venues.
Musical Expertise: Excellent musical taste with a deep understanding of lounge music, downtempo, and hospitality-driven lifestyle concepts.
Preferred Styles: Proficient in Organic House, Chill House, Lounge, Downtempo, Melodic House, and Sunset Sessions.
Mindset: Passionate about creating a sophisticated daytime/sunset atmosphere rather than a high-energy nightclub environment.
Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, structured, and possesses a strong professional work ethic.
Language: Good communication skills in English to interact with our international team and guests.
Location: Currently residing in Bali or willing to relocate to Uluwatu.
Work Schedule & Benefits
Shift: 3 shifts per week (6–8 hours per shift).
