About the role
We are manufacturing company located in Batam, We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our growing team for the following positions:
1. Store Clerk (Mandarin Speaker)
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience in warehouse/store administration is preferred
2. Quality Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written)
Experience in Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality is preferred
Familiar with Quality Tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to work under pressure
Experience in customer service is an advantage
