Job Responsibilities
Manage the entire post-production process from editing to final delivery.
Develop and monitor post-production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate with Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, Colorists, Sound Designers, and Producers.
Review and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, creative direction, and client expectations.
Manage internal and client revisions until final approval.
Organize and maintain project files, backups, and production assets.
Oversee rendering, exporting, and final content delivery.
Improve post-production workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Post Producer, Post Production Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of commercial, corporate, and digital video post-production workflows.
Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Excellent project management and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
