Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, or a related healthcare field; advanced degree (e.g., MD, MPH, MARS, or MBA) preferred.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in medical quality management, clinical operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacit

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address clinical and operational challenges effectively

  • In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements specific to reproductive health and IVF services.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement evidence-based quality improvement strategies.


Job Description:


  • Ensure and manage the medical services and ensure all operational adherence to medical protocols.

  • Manage complaints from patients in medical aspect and coordinate with Medic Committee in solving and evaluate the complaint.

  • Coordinate with all medic the target of continuous improvement for every medic and inform corporate strategy that is used to achieve the target.

  • Monitor continuous improvement Doctor monthly and create the report to Management which are used as a basis for future doctor development.

  • Design and implement comprehensive development programs for medics, including onboarding, skills training, seminar, and ongoing professional education.

  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify the learning needs of doctor to address gaps and emerging healthcare trends.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified doctors.

  • Oversee the administration of selection process for doctor candidates, including sourcing & selection, offering (benefit & fee services), selection (credential -morula), credential administration, agreement, SIP management, professional insurance.

  • Building good relationships with the doctor society both internally and externally, including relationships with referring doctors in terms of coordination of company regulations and other matters related of the company affairs.
